We dig one hole at a time.

FrostCircuit Interactive exists because both of us kept installing puzzle games and uninstalling them within an hour — not because the puzzles were bad, but because everything around the puzzles was exhausting. Timers you pay to skip. A daily streak that punishes a day off. A menu that wants you somewhere other than the board.

So we make the opposite of that. One game at a time, finished before the next one starts, with nothing in it that exists to keep you playing longer than you wanted to.

First layer

Four things we settled early

The phone does everything

Our games hold no server of ours in the loop. Nothing to go down, nothing to breach, no copy of your progress in a place you cannot reach. It also means the game works underground and on a plane.

Nothing to sign up for

No registration screen between you and the board. If a feature ever genuinely needs identity, it can wait until it does — so far none of them has.

Never unwinnable

A shuffle always rebuilds the remaining tiles into a solvable arrangement, and undo always walks back a hasty tap. Difficulty should come from the puzzle, not from a dead end you could not have seen.

Permissions are borrowed

The manifest gets read line by line before every submission. Anything we cannot defend in one plain sentence goes, and so does whatever feature asked for it.

Second layer · com.jadeharbor.tilerelic

Tilerelic

A calm tile-matching solitaire. Tiles are stacked into a shape and the job is to clear the whole site by taking identical pairs, two at a time. A tile is only free if nothing covers it and one side is open — so every match opens new options, and the real puzzle is reading which pairs to take first so you do not strand the ones you need later.

pairs left 8 taps 0

Above is a flattened taste of it — in the game the tiles are stacked, which is where the thinking lives. A hint lights up an available pair when you are stuck, a shuffle rearranges what is left when no move remains, and undo takes back a hasty choice. Move and time counters give you something to sharpen on a replay, and the run of layouts climbs from open and forgiving to dense and properly hard.

Three mark palettes change how every tile is coloured, undo can be unlimited or held to one step, and the clock can be hidden entirely if watching it spoils the calm.

Third layer

Things people ask

Can I get stuck with no possible move?

You can run out of free pairs, and that is when shuffle earns its place — it rebuilds the marks on whatever tiles remain into an arrangement that is always solvable. You cannot reach a board that is impossible to finish.

Does it need a connection?

No. Every layout, every setting and every record lives inside the application. Aeroplane mode changes nothing about how it plays.

Where do my times and cleared sites live?

In the application's own private storage on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, which also means records do not follow you to a new device.

Are the tile designs from a traditional set?

No. The symbols are our own — plain shapes, four colours and a dot count, chosen so a pair is unmistakable at a glance rather than requiring you to squint at ornament.

Advertising? Purchases?

Neither, in the current release. If that ever changes, the privacy notice is rewritten and published before that release ships, not after somebody spots it.

Something is broken. What helps you fix it?

Your device model, your Android version, and roughly what you were doing when it happened. That trio usually removes a day from finding the cause.

Everything Tilerelic does with information on your device is written out plainly, in about two minutes of reading.
